When you request investor access, sign up for updates or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, firm, email address, investor type, state or country of residence, how you heard about us, your confirmation of accredited investor status and anything you include in your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited, to keep the site secure and working. We also use Leadfeeder, a business web analytics service provided by Dealfront, which uses a cookie and your IP address to identify the company or organization a visit comes from (for example, a business network) and which pages were viewed. It reports company-level information, not the identity of individual visitors, and it runs only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. We do not use advertising cookies or track visitors across other websites. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.
If you proceed with us, we will also collect the documents needed to verify accredited investor status through a secure verification process, not by ordinary email. Our data room records which documents you view and when.
We use your information to respond to your request, to understand whether an introduction is a good fit, to confirm eligibility where the law requires it, to send updates you asked for, and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business — such as email, hosting, web analytics, data room and record-keeping tools — under confidentiality obligations; with our legal, accounting and compliance advisers; when required by law or to protect our rights; and in connection with a merger, financing or sale of our business.

Our website does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We use Leadfeeder for company-level web analytics as described above. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not track visitors across third-party websites.
